What are your name and job title here at Qmatic?
Javier Medina and my job title are Sales & Marketing Manager. 

What does a typical day for you look like?
Quite intense. A lot of things to do daily.

What is something that is important for you in the workplace?
For me is it the environment, people, and general culture in the company.

How did you first come across Qmatic?
Back then the Country Manager contacted me to ask if I wanted to join Qmatic, as he was aware of my profile. We had long conversations prior to me joining Qmatic but after that, everything has been an exciting experience. Big projects and global changes.  It has been like being on a roller-coaster, but I have to admit that I really have enjoyed all these years.  

What do you like most about working for Qmatic?
I love solving customer chaos! I also enjoy seeing what we do is beneficial for them and that in itself is inspiring.

Is there any specific event while working for Qmatic that you remember and want to share?
I have histories to write a full book (laughing) but not a concrete one that comes to mind first. 

Name/describe something that makes you happy
My family (and also a good barbecue).

What is something you are proud of?
I'm proud of every result and goal that is achieved. For example when brand names join Qmatic after years of work and dedication.   

Everybody loves my barbecues and my famous rice on the fire. I'm a passionate non-professional chef 😊 Also, many people ask me how many stomachs I have (laughing again).
