What does a typical day for you look like?MicrosoftTeams-image (27)
Go through my To-Do list. If possible, I like to join in development teams stand-ups as well. After that, it’s all about understanding and solving the challenges our clients have throughout the day. Aligning company goals long-term with strategy and short-term with quick. One of the things that I enjoy the most is that I get to work with multiple departments, Marketing, R&D, Sales, Business Growth, Client Success, Finance, and of course Product. It’s a lot of meetings, Emails, workshops, presentations, and sometimes coding(if the team allows me to).

What is something important for you in the workplace?
A workplace that allows me to be creative and has a lot of freedom which I have here at Qmatic.

How did you first come across Qmatic?
My manager at the previous employer knew the previous R&D manager at Qmatic. And I wanted a new challenge at that time, so he recommended me to Qmatic.

What do you like most about working for Qmatic?
Fantastic colleagues who are so helpful in all situations.

Is there any specific event while working for Qmatic that you remember and want to share?
Visited 6 clients in the US on November. 2 in Florida and 4 in Los Angeles. It was really an eye opener how they operate and use our products. There are a lot of insights that we gained from the visit. It was also great to meet my colleagues over in the US.

Name/describe something that makes you happy.
Imagine the beach, a nice drink, and 28 degrees C

What is something you are proud of?
I can bench over 100 kg now. Finally.

Fun fact about you?
I won a local chess tournament in Trollhättan when I was 14 & 15. Unfortunately, I lost my passion for chess later.

Something you want to add?
It feels like Qmatic just keeps getting better and better as the years go by.
