This information is necessary for Qmatic to fulfill its contractual obligations with your company, for Qmatic's legitimate interest in communicating about its services, and to meet legal obligations, such as maintaining accurate records. We use this data to communicate with you and your company and to inform you about our goods and services.

We will only process the data during the term of the agreement between us and your company and for a maximum period of five years thereafter (unless legally required for longer).
