Before we wrap up the year and look ahead to what’s next, we want to share the latest enhancements made in Qmatic Experience Cloud. From notifications for missed turns to room booking capabilities, these updates focus on reducing uncertainty, increasing control, and improving the experience for customers and employees.
Here’s a look at what’s new:
Automated notifications for missed turns
When customers miss their turn and the ticket number is recycled by staff, they will now automatically receive an SMS or email confirming that they remain in the queue and will be called again shortly.
This new Visit Recycle Notification reduces uncertainty, sets clear expectations, especially during peak periods, and improves the overall service experience. You’ll find the feature under Visit Notifications.

Marks now available in Check-in

Organizations can now add Marks during the check-in process.
This provides better control over how visit details are captured and ensures consistent labeling. Adding Marks at check-in supports:
- More accurate analytics
- Better service segmentation
- Improved data tracking across all touchpoints
Operations Panel improvements
Visit History in Ticket List
Staff can now see visit history in the list of tickets, providing quick access to all events associated with a visit or ticket without switching views. These enhancements provide better visibility into service performance and help teams respond more efficiently when issues arise.
Maximum Serving Time in Operations Panel Gauge Chart
The second gauge chart in the Operations Panel can now be configured to display maximum serving time. This makes it easier to identify potential SLA risks and monitor performance in real time.
Room Resource Booking for Appointments

Staff can now book room resources when creating or managing appointments in Book and Plan. Depending on the service configuration, they can either choose a specific room or let the system assign one automatically.
To support flexible workflows, room-selection visibility can be controlled per user through the new Room selection toggle in Personal settings. This allows roles to be customized while ensuring accurate room allocation.
Thanks for being part of our journey this year! We can’t wait to share what’s coming next in 2026!
And as always, we appreciate your continued feedback and are looking for ways to improve, so if you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
