We’re excited to share that we have made several updates to the Online Booking page, which is now available in Qmatic Experience Cloud. These updates have been made based on valuable feedback from our clients, with the aim of providing a more streamlined, user-friendly, and high-performance booking experience.
Faster loading times
We’ve optimized the Online Booking page and reduced the request time, making the online booking significantly faster so that customers will experience a much smoother booking process when they schedule an appointment on your website.
New layout and visual improvements
The Online Booking page has been updated with a more relaxed and user-friendly layout that prioritizes primary actions to help customers schedule appointments easier with fewer distractions. The service descriptions are now more accessible and displayed within each service card with an increased character limit. Additionally, we’ve added a new option in the application settings that allows you to show or hide the service duration.
Appointment Summary
We’ve enhanced the design of the appointment summary. Now, customers have a clear and organized view of their cart that makes it easier for them to add or modify the number of services with just a few clicks.
New confirmation page
The confirmation page will now appear on a separate page to give customers a better overview of their booked appointments when they finish the booking process. The information is organized into different sections, each containing specific details about the customer's booked appointments for better readability.
To help your customers find you quickly, we've also included a link to your location via Google Maps. Additionally, customers can now print out the confirmation of their appointment with the new "Print" option.
