As some of you may already have noticed, the colors in our Qmatic Orchestra 7.3 and Qmatic Cloud Solutions applications (Concierge, Counter) have changed. Back in February 2022, we rolled out our new visual brand identity and updated our logo. We completely transformed our brand to reflect better the vast development that has taken place at our company over the past years and to distinguish ourselves more clearly.
The new color palette and our new brand color - Qmatic Green, give associations to, among other things, freedom, innovation, sustainability, and growth, which aligns with what we want to signal. And after making these updates on our website and other material during the past months. We have now started to make the same changes to some of our product’s colors to better align with our brand and provide more consistency across all places you’ll interact with us.
The new colors are cleaner, brighter, calmer, and more sophisticated, which translates into a harmonious user experience. The colors intend to be accessible to all users, which is why we continuously work by following WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.
The new updated colors will be rolled continuously over the next couple of months, and no action is required on your end. You can use Qmatic Xtend (Qmatic Qmatic Orchestra 7 or Qmatic Cloud Solutions) to update your Counter or Concierge staff applications to the new identity versions.
