With Message Boxes, you can seamlessly add a secondary window in Mobile Ticket that links to forms, surveys, videos, or any other page you want to share with your customers while they wait. This makes it easier than ever for your customers to fill out pre-visit forms or feedback surveys, watch informative videos, or even subscribe to your company newsletter - you name it! The options are endless.
Customers who engage with your content will conveniently retain their place in the virtual queue and cannot get called until they’ve closed the page. Since Message Boxes are part of the Mobile Ticket web interface, the external links are not affected by ad-blockers, so you can rest assured that the content you share is always accessible. Another great benefit of Message Boxes is the possibility of sharing different types of content depending on the service your customer is in line for.
