    Today, we're announcing that our Online Booking page, available in the Qmatic Experience Cloud platform, now supports integration with the Flemish government's Mijn Burgerprofiel (My Citizen Profile) app. This integration marks the first step towards integrating similar customer identification and management systems into our platform.

    Our goal with our appointment booking solutions has always been to simplify the process of scheduling appointments. However, we understand that this ease and convenience extends beyond just managing appointments. It's about ensuring that every aspect of our client's customer journey, from logging in to booking appointments, is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

     

    How it works

    With this integration, citizens can now seamlessly connect their My Citizen Profile account when booking an appointment online to enhance the overall booking experience. This integration not only simplifies the online booking process of public services but also provides enhanced security features. By utilizing My Citizen Profile secure authentication, all interactions within our app are protected against unauthorized access and fraud. Plus, by aligning with established standards, we're paving the way for even more improvements and similar collaborations in the future.
