What does a typical day for you look like?
My days are filled with all kinds of operational HR tasks related to the people and the culture in the company. On a typical day, I meet with several Managers whom I in different ways support in their leadership roles. It can for example be planning for recruiting a new colleague, supporting in interviews, guiding in personnel matters, labor law, onboarding, and offboarding. I also work with annual HR processes as well as making sure we have policies, guidelines, and processes in place to make life easier for our Managers and Employees.

What is something that is important for you in the workplace?
Good leadership at all levels, which for me, among other things, means leading with trust, humanity, team spirit, and clarity. Also laughter! I love to have fun with my colleagues and this is an important piece for me to build good relationships.

How did you first come across Qmatic?
I saw a job ad on Linkedin that felt spot on for me but soon I also realized I have been in contact with Qmatic´s products and solutions thousands of times before, at the pharmacy, hospitals, etc

What do you like most about working for Qmatic?
The lovely bunch of people I work with are from different countries. Qmatic is also very much a forward-thinking organization with a non-hierarchical atmosphere and I like the transparency in the leadership. It´s also a company where we actively work with the culture and company values. Here culture and values are not just a "paper product". We also have a lovely office space located at Krokslätts Fabriker.

Is there any specific event while working for Qmatic that you remember and want to share?
The launching of the new brand happened during my first week at Qmatic. It was a big celebration and one more step on the transformation journey we are on.

Name/describe something that makes you happy.
When the lunch table at the office is full of people from all parts and levels of the company. The cappuccino from our coffee machine in the office. The greatest office coffee I ever tried. Other than that, fruit in food and seeing a great concert or musical.

What is something you are proud of?
Having been a part of recruiting and welcoming several new fantastic colleagues to the company.

Fun fact about you?
I can speak a secret language called the P language (P-språket) that my mum taught me as a child. I can also waive my ears.
