How does it work?

Allowing your patients to provide feedback has never been easier. 

  1. Patient visit: The patient books an appointment or arrives for drop-in care and joins a queue via a self-service kiosk or Mobile Ticket.
  2. Survey send-out: After the visit, a survey invitation is sent to collect the patient's feedback via SMS, email, or the used Mobile Ticket. 
  3. Patient feedback is collected: Once the patient provides their feedback, the data is stored and is at your disposal for analysis.
