Qmatic would like to inform customers and partners about an upcoming lifecycle update related to Qmatic Orchestra 6.
As part of Qmatic’s ongoing product modernization strategy and continued platform evolution, Orchestra 6 will officially reach End of Life (EOL) on July 1, 2027.
End of life date
As of July 1, 2027, Qmatic Orchestra 6 will no longer be supported. This means that Qmatic will no longer provide support, updates, maintenance releases, or bug fixes for Orchestra 6 after this date.
Qmatic encourages all customers currently using Orchestra 6 to begin planning their upgrade path to Orchestra 7. Upgrading to Orchestra 7 will help ensure continued access to supported software, product improvements, and future platform capabilities.
