The grocery store Ica Supermarket Hisings Kärra decided to go for Qmatic Orchestra to improve customer satisfaction and to cater for future customer needs.
“It is always about making things simpler for the customer, it is the customer who is in focus” says Jörgen Kjerstensson, store manager at Ica Supermarket Hisings Kärra. I looked at various solutions and chose Qmatic as I saw it as an investment for the future and because I didn't want there to be any restrictions in my system, Jörgen says.
