Qmatic and Samsung partner to offer integrated digital signage solutions

Mölndal, Sweden, November 15, 2018 - Qmatic and Samsung Professional Display group today announced that they have entered into a partnership to optimize customer value across their solution portfolios. Together they have developed integrations between Samsung’s System on Chip Display solutions, including the Magicinfo software platform for large digital signage network management, and Qmatic’s suite of solutions.

The Samsung Professional display line-up is also now available through Qmatic’s global network of subsidiaries and resellers.

- From Samsung’s perspective the partnership with Qmatic means that we strengthen our solution offering based on the SOC technology in our professional displays, now integrated with Qmatic’s market leading solutions. We see this as a strategic collaboration that will enable us to reach new market segments, says Damon Crowhurst, European Display Business Director at Samsung.

Qmatic has enhanced its Orchestra 7 platform with functionality for customers using Samsung’s digital signage software solution Magicinfo. Additionally, for customers using the Samsung SOC displays with the integrated Tizen operating system, there is also a brand new Qmatic App that enables all Qmatic digital signage functionality to be used directly via the screens built-in player technology.

- We are very pleased to be able to provide our current and future customers with an advanced digital signage solution that is cost-effective and easy to deploy and maintain, says Robert Ekström, CEO of Qmatic.
