Qmatic today announced that Valpatek will become the first official Development Partner in the Qmatic ecosystem, marking an important step in Qmatic's Q-world strategy to open the platform for partner-built Value-Added Services (VAS), applications, and integrations.
Valpatek already serves as a Premier Solution Partner in its regional market. With the new Development Partner designation, the company will take on an additional role: creating platform-based VAS that extend Qmatic's customer journey management capabilities and can bring new value to customers across markets.
The collaboration is designed to accelerate innovation on top of Qmatic's open platform, enabling partners with strong technical expertise and market insight to build specialized solutions that complement Qmatic's core offering. It also supports the Q-world ambition to make Qmatic's ecosystem more scalable, modular, and attractive for partners and customers globally.
