Mölndal, Sweden - Qmatic, a global leader in reshaping connections between people and services, today announced its sponsorship of the Special Olympics USA Games. The Games take place in Orlando, Florida, from June 5-12, 2022 and unite more than 5,500 athletes and coaches from all 50 states and the Caribbean. The event expects around 125,000 spectators during one of the nation's most cherished sporting events.
In association with the Games, there will be a Healthy Athlete (HA) program accessible to all athletes, which means that there will be upwards of 12,000 to 15,000 free medical screenings/exams for any athlete that chooses to take advantage of the HA program.
As a sponsor, Qmatic will support the Games’ HA program with a virtual queuing solution and related services to create a seamless and smooth experience for all the athletes waiting for their screening/exam and the 2,000+ medical and healthcare volunteers.
