The new system will change the way customers interact and move the client operations to a truly omni-channel level. The system will have CRM integration, appointment booking capability and a customer feedback solution. In each branch, customers can check in via an appointment confirmation by using QR-codes or scanning an invoice. The rollout phase has started and is going live in July.
