Qmatic, a global leader in Customer Journey Management, announced today the appointment of Sophie Chevallier as the new Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Chevallier will oversee Qmatic's revenue-generating activities, including direct and indirect sales and marketing. She will be part of Qmatic's executive management team to develop and execute revenue growth strategies, optimize sales processes, and drive client acquisition and retention.
With over 20+ years of experience in sales and revenue management, Sophie brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS and Fintech companies.
Before joining Qmatic, Sophie held senior revenue management roles at Trace One, the world's largest collaborative retail business platform for consumer-packaged goods (CPG), where she worked as CRO. Before Trace One, Chevallier served as VP of Sales at FIS (formerly Sungard), a world-renowned financial services technology leader.
