David Larsson
CEO
David Larsson joined Qmatic as CEO in 2025. He brings extensive experience from senior executive leadership positions, where he has successfully driven innovation and growth.
Before joining Qmatic, he served as CEO of Sileon, a global fintech company that offers an innovative SaaS-based Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) functionality to banks and fintech companies.
Prior to his tenure at Sileon, David held various executive leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mekonomen Group. Before that, he spent over 15 years at Microsoft in several senior leadership roles across Scandinavia, the United States, and Latin America.
He has a master's degree in economics from Uppsala University and an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics.

Lars Mellgren
COO
Lars Mellgren joined Qmatic in September 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, leading the day-to-day operations and overseeing the onboarding and client support teams.
Lars brings a wealth of experience with over 20 years of serving in various senior roles in international technology companies.
Before joining Qmatic, Mellgren served as Director of Client Success and VP of Professional Services at Extenda Retail, an industry leader in retail software development. Earlier in his career, Lars was Vice President of EMEA Client Services at SS&C Advent, a leading provider of portfolio management and accounting solutions and services.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Aeronautics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm.

Carolina Dillner
Chief Financial Officer
Carolina Dillner is Qmatic's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Carolina leads and oversees Qmatic’s global finances and operations, including financial management, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Before joining Qmatic in 2024, she worked as Senior Business Controller at Volvo Financial Services.
Dillner has extensive experience in global finance operations, working as business controller at Qmatic (2009-2022) and before that, she held various financial roles at A.P. Møller-Mærsk. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an ability to adapt to changing environments and moving targets with a genuine passion for analysis and problem-solving.
Dillner holds a BSc in economics from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg and a BSc in international law from Örebro University.

Susan Begando
Vice President of People & Culture
Susan Begando brings over two decades of diverse Human Resources experience to Qmatic. As Vice President of People and Culture, she spearheads the organization’s People and Culture initiatives, orchestrating strategies that align with business objectives. She is committed to championing a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, fosters collaboration, and empowers individuals to realize their fullest potential.
Susan’s career spans Technology and Engineering, Fintech, and Management Consulting in both large corporations and startups. This experience has equipped her with a holistic perspective on the HR landscape, enabling her to navigate challenges with agility and foresight.
Susan joined Qmatic in 2019 as an HR Business Partner and was appointed Vice President of People and Culture in 2024.
Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Birmingham and a Human Resources Management certification from the University of Georgia.
