Qmatic Announces Partnership with Prestop to Expand and Innovate Self-Service Kiosk Offerings

Qmatic today announced a new partnership with Prestop, a leading self-service kiosk company with Dutch manufacturing and production in the Netherlands, specializing in premium self-service kiosks and interactive displays that can be tailored to unique needs.

This partnership expands Qmatic's certified kiosk portfolio, offering a wider range of certified kiosk solutions that meet Qmatic's quality and performance standards. Qmatic and Prestop deliver premium, Dutch-manufactured, TAA-compliant and EAA/ADA-compliant self-service solutions—globally. Qmatic-certified Prestop kiosks ship pre-installed and pre-configured with Qmatic software, support multiple operating systems, are fully customizable, and are backed by end-to-end lifecycle support—setting a new standard for inclusive, compliant, and future-proof queue management and customer journeys. 

The partnership with Prestop, a major European and Dutch manufacturer of self-service kiosks, information kiosks, touch tables, and custom touch screens, enables Qmatic clients and partners to benefit from:

The partnership introduces Prestop’s new self-service kiosk lineup explicitly designed for Qmatic, which includes 10-inch compact countertop models ideal for space-constrained environments, 15-inch mid-size floor-standing units for high-traffic areas, and 22-inch large-format kiosks—each supporting multiple operating systems and Qmatic pre-installation/pre-configuration. All kiosks support a range of accessories and are EAA/ADA compliant, featuring a Navigation Keypad and integrated speakers to ensure accessibility for users with visual impairments. 

With multiple mounting options available—including floor-standing, countertop, wall-mounted, single-sided, and double-sided configurations—the kiosks can easily adapt to different spaces and service needs. 

Each self-service kiosk from Prestop features its signature build quality, robust construction, commercial-grade displays, and fully customizable exteriors, tailored to meet specific brand requirements and operational needs across various industries—and can be delivered globally. The new self-service kiosk lines from Prestop for Qmatic will be available from November.
