Over the past months, with the help of your valuable feedback and insights, we’ve continued to evolve our solutions to make them even more powerful, seamless, and easy to use. From new features to improved workflows – all designed to simplify the customer journey and create greater value in every interaction. 

 

Introducing New Product Updates

We are excited to introduce our latest features and improvements made to Qmatic Experience Cloud in July. Continue reading to discover what's new. 

New Help Center 


We’ve released a revamped interface for our Help Center, designed with the user in mind. Our Help Center offers a comprehensive repository of information and resources, providing quick answers, detailed guides, and troubleshooting tips in one convenient location. Whether you need help with a specific issue or require more in-depth guidance, you’ll find everything you need in one place. Our goal is to empower you to maximize the capabilities of the Qmatic Experience Cloud and ensure you have the best possible user experience.  

  • Instant access to articles and guides 
    Quickly references helpful resources that address common questions and best practices. 
  • Search functionality   
    The new search bar allows you to find specific information effortlessly. 
With these improvements, the Qmatic Help Center aims to be your go-to resource for support and knowledge, enabling you to make the most of your Qmatic experience. 

 

Export appointments to Excel (XLS)   

In addition to the previously available formats of CSV, you can now conveniently download your appointment list in Microsoft Excel format (XLS), enabling you to better organize and manage your appointments. Whether you need to share upcoming appointments with colleagues or for reporting, analysis, or importing to other systems. 
 

URL Appointment Booking 

For Experience Cloud clients using the External API with their own booking forms, there’s now a highly requested new feature — the ability to redirect rescheduling and cancellation to a custom third-party URL. By leveraging Experience Cloud Appointment Notification, you can now give customers a fully branded and seamless booking journey, even when appointments are made outside the platform. Ideal for external booking setups, the feature supports {aptId} (required) and {prfLang} (optional) parameters for smooth integration. 

 
Star Printer Reception Cloud PRNT 

Star Reception Printers can now be easily connected via CloudPRNT. This integration eliminates the need for additional hardware, such as a Windows PC, simplifying the setup process. 

New feature: Personalized Filter Preferences in Book & Plan 

A new quality-of-life update makes using Book & Plan more efficient and tailored to your workflow. Filter preferences are now saved automatically, so when switching between tabs or returning later, your settings stay just as you left them—no need to reselect filters each time. Ideal for users who regularly work within specific teams, branches, or services, this update ensures a smoother, more focused experience.
