City hall of Delft takes next step in customer experience optimization
Qmatic has received the assignment to migrate the Customer Journey Management platform of the city hall of Delft to the latest version.
The past period has been hectic for the city hall of Delft with a relocation to a new office building in a new and innovative location, namely the central station of the city. And, with the relocation also came a new Customer Journey Management solution. To be able to serve customers even better, the organisation decided to migrate to Orchestra 6.1.
