Rushin, a veteran leader in the Atlanta tech community, brings a proven track record of operational excellence with global enterprise organizations to her new role. She has led successful complex deployments of technology solutions to customers across various industries.

As a leader in cloud- and mobile-based enterprise customer journey solutions, Qmatic helps public and private sector clients offer a personalized and seamless customer experience across online and onsite engagement points. Qmatic’s customer journey management solutions serve Department of Motor Vehicle customers in 24 states, and are used widely by companies in the healthcare, retail and banking industries.

Prior to joining Qmatic, Rushin most recently was founder and managing principal of Rich Rush Enterprises and held multiple positions leading technical support and deployment operations for more than a decade with a leading hospitality company. Rushin has been honored with several industry awards. She was recognized as a Diversity Game Changer in Technology in the latest issue of Hub Magazine, and in 2011 she received the International Alliance of Women 100 Award for her efforts in advancing the economic empowerment of women.

A passionate leader in the non-profit sector, Rushin is president of Women in Technology, Inc., a regional organization that advocates for women in the tech industry and STEM education for girls. She also serves on the Technology Association of Georgia board of directors, as well as several others grounded in supporting her community such as Project Healthy Grandparents. She is a writer and has her Masters of Business Administration from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia.
