920 patients visit hospital Sint Jan Brugge – Oostende, a day. This staggering amount of patients is very hard to handle in the traditional way. That’s why the organization decided to look for a customer journey management platform that could help them reduce waiting times and improve the patient experience. Hospital Sint-Jan had the objective to significantly reduce waiting times to ensure a more relaxed, efficient and faster patient journey. Qmatic’s patient journey management platform, Orchestra, allowed the hospital to achieve this goal. Using the Business Intelligence module of Orchestra, statistics and reports have been generated to analyze the busiest/quiet times of the day. This information helps Hospital Sint-Jan to work more efficiently.
