Qmatic is adding another certificate to secure its quality work
Mölndal, April 17 - Since more than 20 years Qmatic has been ISO 9001 certified. After the move into the digital world during the last years, Qmatic has also certified its information security policies and processes according to ISO 27001. The certification is issued by the globally accredited certification company Intertek.
The Qmatic management system, including ISO 9001 and 27001, is a tool for continuous improvements. For Qmatic, being the world leader in customer journey management systems, it is vital to make sure it’s solutions handle customer data with the highest level of security. This new certification is a direct response to customer demands, shown in numerous recent RFPs.
