Stefan Dylka appointed Managing Director of Qmatic Deutschland GmbH
Qmatic Deutschland GmbH has appointed Stefan Dylka (54) as a new Managing Director. He will be responsible for the Qmatic Group subsidiary as it provides customer journey management services for the German, Swiss and Austrian markets.
Qmatic helps public and private sector clients in over 120 countries offer a personalized and seamless customer experience across all engagement points. Qmatic Deutschland’s customer journey management solutions are used by numerous well-known companies in the healthcare, retail and banking industries, as well as public sector organizations.
With Stefan Dylka, Qmatic Deutschland has managed to win an experienced manager in the B2B IT sector who had previously worked in a number of roles at Kyocera. Before moving to Qmatic Deutschland, the graduate engineer spent over seven years as the general manager of the Global Services division at KYOCERA Document Solutions B.V.

The previous director of Qmatic Deutschland, Thomas Föcking, will remain with the company. He is now responsible for a strategic project with a global scope.
