With a strategic plan to develop face-to-face meetings and swift customer service the Spanish bank is developing 200 new agile branches.

The fast and easy installation of Qmatic’s Solo solution has already been rolled out at over 100 branches and another 100 branches will be launched during 2014.
The flexibility of Solo lets Bankia integrate the solution directly with their existing terminals and corporate digital signage solution making the installation both swift and cost effective.
“The agile branch is a new type of office that provides a high-quality and fast solution for those customers who carry out the most transactions. That is, those who mainly go to the bank for teller operations, such as withdrawing money, paying bills, making deposits and more.
The goal is to give the customer fast quality service in his or her routine operations, with longer and more convenient business hours. Toward this end, the branches have numerous advanced ATMs and at least six quick-service posts."
