Qmatic transforms the customer journey and improves operational efficiency for the City of Wolverhampton Council

Qmatic was selected to work with the City of Wolverhampton Council throughout a three-year transformation programme.

Qmatic are providing the Council with a complete customer journey management solution to support both customers and staff from online to the minute they enter the building and through to connection to service.

The solution includes Orchestra software utilising the concierge application for meet and greet staff and self-serve kiosk points plus digital signage and data insights.
