SNCF implements Qmatic Solo queue management system at the Paris St Lazare station
The Paris Saint-Lazare TGV ticket sales office is now equipped with Qmatic Solo to improve the SNCF customer journey.
This solution allows the network SNCF Gares & Boutiques to improve customer satisfaction.
Around 60 SNCF ticket sales offices in France already have Qmatic queue management systems, a number that will increase as SNCF and Qmatic are in close cooperation to further improve customer satisfaction in sales offices.
